The Ternkey Process
Ternkey is a secure web-based application that allows the information on each In-custody individual to be collected once and used throughout the entire process.
Processing
Follow-up steps to process the individual including property validation, medical and risk assessments, and consents.
Pre-defined exports to be attached to the RMS file.
Disposition
Complete the process by recording the dispositions of the individual, whether it is release, remand, transfer or coordination of bail proceedings.

Prisoner Intake
Easy to use, standardized web form starts the intake process and ensures all necessary information and steps are completed. The form can be entered from an MDT, workstation or Officer’s mobile device. Approval workflows ensure the Jail centre is informed.
