In June 2026 The Supreme Court of Canada has dismissed an appeal made by the Edmonton Police Service in a case involving the disclosure of police officer misconduct. This means Service Records of Discipline (SRODs) no longer have an expungement date, so all SRODs for the duration of a Member’s career must be disclosed as part of the McNeil process.

We’ve added an easy upload function to import previously expunged records without any data entry and added a self-disclosure form form those Members that may have had previous SRODs of which the Agency is unaware (EG from previous service at an other Agency).
