The Ternkey Process
Ternkey is a secure web-based application that allows the information on each In-custody individual to be collected once and used throughout the entire process.

Intake
Easy to use, standardized web form starts the intake process from any device and ensures all necessary information and steps are completed.

Processing
Follow-up steps to process the individual including property validation, medical and risk assessments, and consents.

Observation
A mobile device observation log allows jailers to perform regular check-ins which are associated to the In-Custody individual record.

Disposition
Complete the process by recording the dispositions of the individual, whether it is release, remand, transfer or coordination of bail proceedings.
